Sin embargo, el simple hecho de trabajar en conjunto nos brinda muchas oportunidades. Cada persona tiene diferentes talentos, ideas y fortalezas. Un grupo puede lograr muchas cosas que una persona en lo individual no podr\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En este video, Samer Sharif, quien trabaja con una organizaci\u00f3n no gubernamental llamada Ruwwad Al-Tanmeya, describe otro grupo del que forma parte y c\u00f3mo trabajar en conjunto les permite alcanzar m\u00e1s objetivos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/wjbIrOfegDM\" width=\"100%\" height=\"450\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h5 class='dt-sc-toggle'><a href='#'>Transcript<\/a><\/h5><div class=\"dt-sc-toggle-content\" style=\"display: none;\"><div class=\"block\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s de Ruwwad, tambi\u00e9n soy el l\u00edder de Tajwal Safar. Nuestro objetivo es aprender a trav\u00e9s de la exploraci\u00f3n. Cada mes hacemos uno o dos viajes para aprender de nuestro recorrido, del camino, las personas y los lugares que visitamos. Nos gusta caminar por las monta\u00f1as y explorar pueblos distantes. Una persona no puede hacer esto por su cuenta, especialmente porque hay muchas \u00e1reas que podr\u00edan ser peligrosas, cerca de asentamientos o cerca de \u201cla pared\u201d, lo que podr\u00eda ponerla persona en situaciones de riesgo, ya que podr\u00eda enfrentarse al ej\u00e9rcito o ser arrestada, entre otras cosas. Pero, cuando estamos en un grupo grande, caminar largas distancias se vuelve m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil. A veces caminamos 14 o 15 kil\u00f3metros y no sentimos que hemos caminado esa distancia, porque nos la pasamos interactuando, bebiendo y comiendo en grupo, lo que hace que caminar sea m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil. Adem\u00e1s, es m\u00e1s alentador ir a estos pueblos en grupo; si una persona va sola, puede que la consideren ajena, pero como grupo completo, si se acercan a un anciano y le piden que cuente un cuento popular sobre el pueblo, la gente podr\u00eda ser m\u00e1s receptiva. Por tanto, como grupo hemos logrado cosas que como individuos no hubi\u00e9ramos podido hacer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<p><b>Trabajar con voluntarios<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los voluntarios son un recurso tremendo para cualquier proyecto. Siempre es importante identificar a las personas que pueden ayudar, descubrir cu\u00e1les son sus talentos y posibilidades, y encontrarles d\u00f3nde pueden encajar. Pero algo que me he dado cuenta en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os trabajando con La Maison de Syrie como voluntario es que a veces las personas quieren ayudar, pero no saben c\u00f3mo hacerlo. Cuando les pides ayuda, tambi\u00e9n les brindas la oportunidad de ayudar, porque tienen el deseo de hacerlo, pero a veces no saben c\u00f3mo. As\u00ed que hemos pedido ayuda. Si hablamos de voluntarios, por ejemplo, tenemos un formulario sencillo en nuestro sitio web donde las personas pueden indicar sus intereses en ser voluntarios y decirnos qu\u00e9 pueden hacer o qu\u00e9 les gustar\u00eda hacer.
